The annual ISO 9001 audit was conducted by LRQA. During this audit no deviations are registered. It works always enlightening when it is looked at by a stranger critical to your organization. This can often lead to new insights.

It was also decided that we will implement the new standard ISO9001: 2015 within two years,. Research and implementation of the new standard requires a lot of time and planning but will certainly contribute to an improvement of the quality and the organization as a whole.
