General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter AVG) is a European regulation and replaces the Personal Data Protection Act with effect from 25 May 2018. The European Union has one privacy law with the AVG.
All companies and organizations that record personal data of customers, personnel or other persons must comply with the stricter European law. In addition to names and addresses, data that are linked to IP addresses, cookies and the like also fall under the law. If you do not know who is behind the data, the data must be treated as privacy-sensitive. The AVG forces entrepreneurs to take more action and measures. Entrepreneurs must be able to demonstrate that they comply with the AVG Act.

Target
The purpose of the data recording is to be able to make an appropriate offer for you and ultimately to deliver the goods to you.
Another purpose of the data capture is that we must be able to prove legally with whom we do business. For the orders and invoicing we also need certain information to handle everything properly and according to the legislation.
Rights
You have the right to view your details and have them corrected. You can also object to the processing of your personal data or certain personal data.

You can contact us about the exercise of the above rights or questions. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The Dutch Data Protection Authority is the regulator regarding the processing of the personal data.
Without your permission to store your data we can not accept requests and orders. All requests and orders must be made by telephone or e-mail.
During the sacrificial phase the personal data are not passed on to third parties. Only with an order can the personal data be transferred to, for example, a carrier. The carrier needs the personal data to send the order to the correct place of destination.
Despite various protections, it is not impossible to break into systems. If that happens, you will be immediately informed and we will indicate which data have been leaked. We will of course also close the leak as soon as possible to prevent repetition.
